If your mobile wallet balance is in a currency other than BDT, any currency conversion is handled by the mobile wallet provider before funds reach pp666 and is outside pp666's control.
2.4 Fraudulent Transactions

Where bonus abuse is identified, pp666 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, close the player's account, and withhold funds pending investigation.
3.4 Bonus Expiry
All bonuses on pp666 carry a validity period from the date they are credited. If the wagering requirement is not fulfilled within that period, the bonus and all associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. 4.3 Disputed Game Results
If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise the dispute with pp666 support within 7 days of the game round in question. To raise a dispute, provide the game name, the round ID visible in the game interface, the date and time of the round, and a description of the issue. pp666 will review the game log from the provider and respond within a reasonable time. 5. Account Suspension and Termination

5.2 Effect of Suspension on Funds
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds held in the account will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. 5.3 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request voluntary closure of your pp666 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and the remaining real money balance will be returned to your registered mobile wallet. Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited on closure. Account closure does not affect any outstanding obligations you have to pp666 under these T&C.
6. Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability
